Edible art is run by Antoine (Tony) Belcastro whom provides clients with breathtaking sculptures made from fruit and vegetables. Having trained in both Thailand and Zurich with some of the most famous masters in sculpture – Tony now brings this unique art to Europe.

Following three years of training with a well renowned caterer, Antoine became fully certified and launched his culinary career. From the very beginning “Tony” showed great talent and patience in culinary decoration/presentation.

Antoine was both long term proprietor and chef in his successful restaurant, “L'escale” located in the French Alps. This era was brought to an end by Antoine’s desire to broaden his style of cuisine with travel, this then led him to move to other horizons.

Acting as head chef aboard private yachts allowed Antoine to not only utilise but extend his culinary repertoire with travel. It was in Asia that he not only discovered the culinary world of fruit & vegetable carving, but also his incredible talent in this field. Antoine wishes to share this unique art with you, here in Europe.

With “Edible Art” sculptures any requirements are possible, whether it be a personalised message to a loved one or a birthday wish - the final product serves as more than just an exquisite table decoration.
